THE POSITION
The Guest Services Operator is responsible for managing all telephone communications within the hotel, ensuring that all calls are handled efficiently and professionally. This role involves assisting guests with inquiries, routing calls to the appropriate departments, and maintaining the highest standards of service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Guest Services Operator or in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse guests.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality service.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and telephone systems is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Local market experience and understanding of Middle-Eastern hospitality preferences.
