THE POSITION

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the assigned outlet, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization, while upholding the Company’s legacy competencies and values.

Guest Service:

• Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally.

Operational Duties:

• Set up tables, dining areas, and service stations according to company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and reporting shortages.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.

Teamwork & Support:

• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other F&B team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods and support training of new team members.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and briefings as required.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related training preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar F&B role is desirable.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods.
