Job Description:
THE POSITION
Under the guidance of the Chief Engineer / DOE, the position will operate, Control, maintain and repair all aspects of the Palace’s Systems, Programs, equipment, assets and Admins, in accordance with Boutique Group standards to achieve optimum operating efficiency at all times
Job Requirements:

- To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Palace’s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
- Maintains the highest standards of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, appearance, body language and conduct. To always maintain a high standard of cleanliness of work areas and protection of the surrounding area when executing jobs.
- Ensure that the supplied uniform is clean and in good repair. Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance before entering a guestroom or public areas.
- Ensure strictly follow up, complete and update the R&M program requirement such checklists, daily routine data collection and review, logbooks, personal daily job record, time book accurately, procurement processed. with on time Correction Actions required and keep ready for inspection
- Responsibility of Predictive maintenance planning and implementation
- To cross trains in the fields of Fire life health and safety and Financing.
- To response immediately to guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
- To ensure cleanliness of work areas and protection of the surrounding area when executing jobs.
- To learn and carry out fire brigade duties when assigned.
- Attend meetings and training as required by the Chief Engineer.
- Stays abreast of current and new industry technology relating to the Engineering Department.
- Performs required duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner to achieve the overall objective of the position.
- Execution of regular technical/skills or “On the Job” trainings. Is responsible for setting up and maintaining ongoing training programs in the Engineering division and other elated divisions.
