Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred for advanced roles). Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA) for designing and analyzing mechanical systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations relevant to the specific field of work. Practical experience in mechanical engineering through internships, co-op programs, or relevant work experience.
